Careers
Sunshine Healthcare is assembling its founding team. The people who join now will shape their departments, write their protocols and set the culture of the institution itself.
Why join a hospital that is still rising
Most clinical careers begin inside systems someone else built. At Sunshine, the first cohort builds them: how a unit runs, how it trains, how it treats people on its hardest days.
Each floor of the tower is planned around one specialty. Its first team decides the protocols, the rounds and the standards everyone after them will inherit.
A 100 seat auditorium, a library and training spaces are drawn into the tenth floor. Sunshine is designed to become a teaching institution, and its founding clinicians will be its first educators.
Cath lab and angiography, MRI and two CT scanners, eight theatres with central sterilisation, a dialysis ward with its own RO plant. The floor plans commit to the equipment specialists actually need.
Who we will need
Formal openings will be posted as the building nears completion. Until then, we welcome expressions of interest across every part of the hospital.
Cardiac sciences, obstetrics, surgery, critical care, nephrology and the specialties across the floors. Senior clinicians who want to build a unit around their own standards.
Emergency, wards and intensive care. A place to train inside a building designed for teaching, with senior cover close by.
Theatre, ICU, ward and neonatal nursing. Nursing will carry this hospital, and the founding cohort sets its standard.
Radiographers, laboratory scientists, dialysis technicians, physiotherapists and pharmacy staff. The floors are full of equipment that needs skilled hands.
Reception, admissions, billing, records and operations. The people who make a 400 bed building feel calm and organised.
Expression of interest
Leave your details and the role you have in mind. When the relevant openings are posted, expressions of interest are where the team will look first.
